Legal services

Our Legal Service offers free legal advice and representation for women affected by domestic and sexual violence. The Legal Service provides support for women across London.

The Legal Team

Our Legal Team recognise that women leaving abusive relationships face profound legal problems and are able to make emergency protection orders (non molestation and occupation orders) to protect families experiencing violence. We are also able to represent clients in court in regards to child contact/residence and divorce proceedings and have significant experience working with women whose children have been taken in to care when domestic violence was present.

Our senior solicitor is a member of the Family Law Accreditation Scheme provided by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. All our family law solicitors are members of Resolution and comply with the Resolution code of practice, the organisation concerned with family law. This ensures a high level of expertise and we have an impressive record in successful legal outcomes for cases involving domestic violence.
