Impact Learning Sessions

We have a series of 60 and 90 minute impact sessions for your staff on a range of hot topics that deliver key messages and learning points, and inform and inspire positive action in the workplace.

Sexual Harassment and the workplace

Sexual harassment can be difficult to identify, and even more difficult to respond to. This session will help participants learn how to recognise sexual harassment and equip them with different strategies to safely respond and challenge behaviours, when it is happening to them and to someone else.

Recognising and responding to domestic abuse

This workshop looks at the intersection of domestic abuse and the workplace, the impact on productivity, and the safety and wellbeing of survivors and their colleagues at work. Participants will learn practical strategies to effectively support their colleagues.

Creating space for difficult conversations

As the lines between work and home become increasingly blurred, there is increasing pressure on workplaces to meet the wellbeing needs of staff. This session helps participants feel empowered to open up difficult conversations, respond without judgement and support staff towards positive outcomes.

Being a positive bystander

What can we do when we see or hear something that is harmful? How can we find the language, and the confidence, to stand up to oppressive behaviours? This session looks at identifying situations where we might want to intervene, and practical strategies for doing so.

Bespoke Training and Consultancy

Looking for something more tailored to your organisation? We work with clients from all different types of organisations to develop interventions and solutions that suit them.

Policies and processes

A strong organisational response to domestic and sexual abuse starts with clear policies and processes that support survivors and the people that support them. Whether you are looking to review existing polices or develop something new, we can support you to develop clear pathways for survivors.

Train the trainer

We know that bringing in external facilitators is not always the best option, which is why we offer bespoke train the trainer courses to help facilitators develop their skills around delivering workshops on consent, healthy relationships and various topics related to violence against women and girls. We aim to help facilitators build their knowledge and understanding to confidently discuss key topics, manage challenging questions and safely respond to disclosures from participants.
