Solace Women’s Aid exists to bring to an end the harm done through domestic and sexual violence to all survivors and in particular women and children. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

We are looking to recruit sessional counsellors who are experienced in providing high quality clinical supervision to non-clinical and front line staff teams.

Supervisors will be BACP or UKCP accredited and hold a recognised qualification in Clinical Supervision as well as having expertise in the field of violence against women and girls, trauma and work from a woman centred perspective.

We also ask Clinical Supervisors to attend an induction session(s) with us to ensure clear understanding of Solace and the work we do; risk management training, our policies and procedures and how they apply to the role and also to submit monthly reports to our Senior Management Team.

SALARY: £75 per session (90 minutes)

HOURS: Minimum of four sessions per month

CONTRACT: Self-employed
