This is an exciting time to join Solace and contribute to raising our profile and supporting our growth strategy. We have already developed our communications strategy, launched our new brand and are working on a new website; with many more initiatives in the pipeline to ensure our key messages reach a wide audience.

We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join our Business Development Team working alongside Fundraising, Training and Partnerships team as part of an organisational brief to ‘make change happen.’ We are a small ‘hands-on’ team.

  • The driving of high-impact campaigns that support the growth strategy of Solace
  • Responsible for Public Affairs and media work to ensure the reputation of Solace is maintained and extended

You will be a creative thinker, self-directed and able to bring your marketing, media and strong digital skills to the role, with particular expertise in online and social media communications. An understanding of our work an advantage but more important is your ability to demonstrate a track record of achievement in charity communications and marketing and a passion to improve the lives of women and children across London.
