Solace Women’s Aid is an innovative, exciting and friendly organisation run by a staff team who are passionate about bringing an end to domestic and sexual violence. We predominantly work with women and children. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and energetic person to manage a busy Complex Needs Refuge in Camden, which supports women in their recovery from abuse

You will have extensive experience of staff management and a thorough understanding of working in a Violence against Women & Girls context.

You will have excellent knowledge of complex needs, and how this impacts on the recovery from abuse.

You will be highly organised and able to balance the demands of supporting a small staff team, the day to running of an accommodation based service, and the monitoring and reporting requirements of a grant funded service.

Salary: Starting salary of £32,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days)

Contract: Permanent
