Solace Women’s Aid are recruiting to our North London Rape Crisis Service. We are looking for a Counselling Coordinator for our Rape Crisis service.

North London Rape Crisis service is a Specialist Sexual Violence Service that supports women who have been affected by sexual violence including childhood sexual abuse.

We work from a person centred model offering short term counselling in order to empower women to heal and recover from the trauma of sexual violence. The service is delivered across 7 North London Boroughs.

We are looking to recruit a Counselling Coordinator to hold clinical responsibility for the counselling service, supporting counsellors and clients by coordinating assessments and allocations as well as leading clinical case review meetings.


You will be on Solace’s salary band 5.

Qualified applicants (with an accredited VAWG /domestic abuse qualification) dependent on experience: £28,000 – £30,500 pro rata per annum

HOURS: 22.5 hours per week

CONTRACT: Permanent
