Solace Women’s Aid is an innovative, exciting and friendly organisation run by a staff team who are passionate about bringing an end to domestic and sexual violence and abuse.  Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

We predominantly work with women and children and provide support to more than 11,000 survivors annually. With an annual income in excess of £8million, we are the largest provider for Violence against Women and Girl’s services in London.

We are currently in the second year of our five year strategic plan which focuses on the continued provision of services as well as new forms of prevention and partnership work.  With a team of more than 160 staff and 100 volunteers, we are now seeking to recruit a HR Manager to deliver a comprehensive, proactive and customer focused HR service to managers, employees, potential employees, volunteers and the Senior Management Team.


You will be on Solace’s salary band 6.4 with a suitable HR qualification and relevant experience. 

The starting salary will be £38,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and with successful annual reviews rising by £500 to £44,000.

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

CONTRACT:  Permanent
