North London Rape Crisis
The Rape Crisis Service at Solace Women’s Aid are looking for clinical supervisors to provide supervision to our 1 to1 and group counsellors.
The counselling service offers long and short term counselling to female survivors of sexual violence aged 13+.
We work with a range of experiences of sexual violence including child sexual abuse, rape (both recent and non-recent) sexual assault, prostitution, FGM and sexual exploitation. We work from a feminist empowerment perspective and look for supervisors who practice in a relational and trauma informed way.
The offer is a flat hourly rate for 1 to 1 work of £40 per hour.
We also ask Clinical Supervisors to attend an induction session(s) with us to ensure clear understanding of Solace and the work we do; risk management; our policies and procedures and how they apply to the role and also to submit quarterly reports to our Senior Management Team.
Supervisors will be BACP or UKCP accredited and hold a recognised qualification in Clinical Supervision as well as having expertise in the field of sexual abuse and trauma and work from a woman centred perspective.
