Solace Women’s Aid is dedicated to providing a full range of services for women and their children, enabling them to live their lives free from domestic and sexual violence.

We are now recruiting for an experienced, dynamic Manager to manage our Islington SASS team, which works with service users across all risk levels and also includes an IRIS service, a group work project and 2 specialist projects.

You will have extensive experience of staff management and an understanding of working in a Violence against Women & Girls context.

Your main responsibilities will include leading and managing the Islington SASS service, developing and motivating all staff and volunteers within the Islington SASS team, ensuring effective promotion of the service and partnership working within Islington SASS, ensuring and enabling service user feedback and voice in service delivery and development and ensuring effective use of financial resources and sustainability.

SALARY: £35,000 per annum subject to annual review

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

CONTRACT:  Fixed term until 31st January 2019
