Solace Women’s Aid exists to bring an end to the harm caused by domestic and sexual abuse to all survivors and in particular women and children. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to manage 5 refuges across Islington & Haringey and a floating support service in Haringey.

Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and their children, demonstrable understanding of all forms of VAWG and of managing teams who work directly survivors.

You will have exceptional management skills in relation to staff, contracts and budgets, and will have proven leadership within a challenging setting.

SALARY: You will be on Solace’s salary band 6b: £35,000 – £36,000 depending on experience

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

CONTRACT: Permanent
