Solace Women’s Aid works with women and children affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. We work in a holistic and empowering way enabling service users to live independent lives.

North London Rape Crisis service is a Specialist Sexual Violence Service that supports women who have been affected by sexual violence including childhood sexual abuse.

Solace Women’s Aid are recruiting to our North London Rape Crisis Service. We are looking for a part-time dynamic, proactive service manager, who has excellent knowledge and understanding of sexual violence and all forms of VAWG, has experience of managing a team and can demonstrate strong partnership working. This post is part of a job share.

We work from a person centred model offering counselling, group work, advocacy and the provision of a helpline service in order to empower women to heal and recover from the trauma of sexual violence. The service is delivered across 7 North London Boroughs.


You will be on Solace’s salary band 6.3

Qualified applicants (with an accredited VAWG /domestic abuse qualification) dependent on experience: £35,000 to £38,000 pro rata per annum, dependent on experience

HOURS: 22.5 hours per week (3 days)

CONTRACT: Permanent
