Service Details


Our Advice service offers short term support to women affected by domestic and sexual violence living in London. We provide immediate advice and can refer women on to safe refuge accommodation, longer term advocacy support, counselling or specialist children’s services.


Our counselling service offers emotional support to women aged 13 and over and men aged 18+ who have been affected by domestic and sexual violence in an intimate relationship or family member. Sessions are offered during the day.


We manage refuges across London providing safe accommodation and ongoing support for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Family & Children’s Support Services

Our Children and Young People’s Support service delivers a range of services to help children and young people explore their feelings about their experience of violence and work towards helping the child and mother recover. In the community we offer art therapy for children and young people and Support for Parents Group for mothers/female carers of children affected by domestic abuse.

North London Rape Crisis Services

North London Rape Crisis works with women over the age of 14 who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their life. This can include child sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, prostitution and female genital mutilation.

Women aged over 55

If you are aged 55 or over and have experienced domestic or sexual violence it may have happened over many years and you may face particular obstacles when trying to get help and involve other agencies. We have supported many women in their 60′s and 70′s find a new life free from violence.

Irish & Irish Traveller Service

We have many years experience working with the Irish Traveller community helping families to flee violence and we provide emotional and practical support, advice and advocacy or we can find you and your children safe accommodation.


The IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety) service offers training for clinical and non-clinical staff in GP surgeries to recognise and respond safely to domestic abuse. Subsequently, survivors can be referred to an IRIS advocates for further support.

Group Work

We offer a number of groups for female survivors of domestic abuse. ARISE an 8 week domestic abuse and education workshop, Work4Women, 5 week employment, education and training focussed sessions and Women’s Voices, informal drop in, peer support and fun activities such as yoga, creative writing and life skills.  We run some groups in Bengali and Somali languages with our partner Hopscotch.
