People of Colour Mentorship Programme

A 6-month mentorship programme has been developed in consultation with the People of Colour Working Group, to support colleagues from historically underserved and under resourced communities to achieve their professional development aspirations. The support provided will focus on one area of development identified by mentees. This could include enhancing financial acumen, presentation skills, project management, support with managing a team or building resilience. Mentees will be matched with an appropriate mentor based on the mentor’s area of expertise and the skills that the mentee wants to learn.
