Immigration Service

Who do we support:

If you have experienced domestic violence within the last 6 month and you are struggling with your immigration status and/or do not have access to public funds, we may be able to assist you. 

Priority is given to those who are destitute or on a low income and are not eligible for legal aid.

Due to our limited capacity, we may not be able to help with your case and may recommend other services or organisations for you to reach out to.

Who we are:

Our immigration support service offers free and confidential advice to help you navigate your situation safely.  

Our advisors are registered and regulated by either the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or the Law Society. This ensures that they adhere to the highest professional standards and are capable of providing advice and services that meet OISC level 3 standards.

Service we provide 

Our advisory services cover:

  • Migrant Victims of Domestic Abuse Concession applications (formerly DDVC)
  • Change of conditions applications (Access to public funds)
  • Applications for Further Leave to Remain
  • Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain as domestic violence victims
  • EEA applications for Pre-settled or Settled status

Regrettably, we are unable to provide assistance with skilled worker/student visas, Entry clearance applications, Asylum claims and Naturalisation.

If you qualify for our services, your details will passed over to one of our Immigration advisors who will aim to contact you within 5 working days of receiving your referral.

The Immigration Advice service is available to individuals who have:

  • faced domestic abuse within the past 6 months
  • are experiencing destitution or on a low income
  • reside in London.

We can only offer appointments to those who meet the above criteria.
