Working at Solace

We employ approximately 300 staff in a range of roles such as refuge worker, family support worker, resettlement worker, sessional play worker, IDVA’s, service managers, floating support and community based roles as well as supporting central functions.

We are looking for people with a commitment to our work, professionalism and ideally experience related to the job you are interested in. From a services perspective, what we are looking for includes practical experience of working with a vulnerable client group, understanding and delivering against service users needs to support their life and recovery, an understanding of VAWG, partnership working, safeguarding and risk management. 

Our client work can be challenging. It is definitely rewarding. And all our roles, service or support, are about delivering the best possible outcomes for our service users.
