International Women’s Day 2025

50 years of empowerment– support Solace to help end violence against women and girls

For the past 50 years, Solace has been a beacon of hope for women and children across London, providing sanctuary and support to those affected by male abuse and violence. What started as a single refuge in Camden has grown into a lifeline for over 18,000 women and children every year. This incredible progress would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our supporters, staff and volunteers.

We believe that with your support, in the next 50 years we can get closer to a world where women and girls are free from fear, violence, and oppression. But we need your help to achieve this.

Work with us to spread our message and raise vital funds that will enable us to continue providing the crucial services women need to thrive after abuse and prevent violence and abuse across London.

Your donation can make a real difference. Every contribution helps us provide safe spaces, expert support and a path to healing for those who need it most.

Donate today and be a part of the change.

We believe that with your support, the next 50 years can be a time of transformation. Long-term giving isn’t just about today; it’s about building a future where women and children are safe, supported and free from violence. For just £10 a month, you can ensure women access vital advice, counselling and support our efforts to change laws and attitudes.

Join our community of regular givers today and play an essential role in providing life-changing support.
