Performance Information Analyst

Solace Women’s Aid works with women and children affected by domestic and sexual violence.  We work in a holistic and empowering way enabling service users to live independent lives.

We are looking for a self starter with proven data monitoring and analytical skills.   You would be responsible for

  •  Ensuring our case management system (MODUS) and Social Return on Investment database is fit for purpose
  • Ensuring our staff are fully supported in effectively using MODUS
  • Ensuring we have robust reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems and processes in place for current and new services
  • Creating service specific reports and disseminating to services on a monthly basis
  • Supporting managers in ensuring compliance with the monitoring and evaluation expectations for their service

If you have experience of the following please contact us

  1. Extensive experience  of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  2. Experience of collating and interpreting data
  3. Experience of report writing
  4. Experience of designing and delivering training (1 to 1 or group)

Refuge worker – Haringey

You will provide advice and support to women who have experienced domestic violence. You will carry out risk and needs assessments, develop support plans and carry out key work with women survivors. You should have significant past experience of working with this or a similar client group. An in depth understanding of the needs of women and children from a diverse background is essential

You will be the sole refuge worker in a small refuge in Haringey; this role will therefore involve some lone working. In addition to support work you will also be responsible for the day to day running of the house including health and safety and reporting repairs

SALARY: £25,770 pro rata

HOURS: 22.5 per week split over 5 days (4.5 hours per day + half hour lunch break)

CONTRACT: Permanent
