Service Details


Our Advice service offers short term support to women affected by domestic and sexual violence living in London. We provide immediate advice and can refer women on to safe refuge accommodation, longer term advocacy support, counselling or specialist children’s services.


Our Advocacy Support service provides individual advocates offering dedicated short to medium term support (3 months – 6 months) to women affected by domestic and sexual violence. We provide support on safety, housing, the criminal justice system, benefits, health and immigration issues.


Our counselling service offers emotional support to women aged 16 and over who have been affected by domestic and sexual violence in an intimate relationship. Sessions are offered during the day or in the evening.


We manage refuges across London providing safe accommodation and ongoing support for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Family & Children’s Support Services

Our Family and Children’s Support service delivers a range of services to help children and young people explore their feelings about their experience of violence and work towards helping the child and mother recover.

North London Rape Crisis Service

North London Rape Crisis works with women over the age of 14 who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their life. This can include child sexual abuse, rape, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, prostitution and female genital mutilation.

Women aged over 55

If you are aged 55 or over and have experienced domestic or sexual violence it may have happened over many years and you may face particular obstacles when trying to get help and involve other agencies. We have supported many women in their 60′s and 70′s find a new life free from violence.

Irish & Irish Traveller Service

We have many years experience working with the Irish Traveller community helping families to flee violence and we provide emotional and practical support, advice and advocacy or we can find you and your children safe accommodation.


The IRIS (Identification and Referral to Improve Safety) service offers training for clinical and non-clinical staff in GP surgeries to recognise and respond safely to domestic abuse. Subsequently, survivors can be referred to an IRIS advocates for further support.


Our Women’s Resilience and Awareness Programme involves a range of support groups, workshops and courses that support women affected by domestic and sexual abuse to build their confidence and take care of their wellbeing.

Working 4 Women

We provide advice and one to one support for women facing barriers to employment, including training, volunteer opportunities and placements to help gain paid employment or return to further education.
