Charmaine’s background is predominately in not-for profit and she has over 30 years experience in the field of Human Resources and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Charmaine works strategically and operationally and is skilled in Coaching, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Resourcing and Change Management.
Charmaine has strong influencing and coaching skills and is versed in working with business leaders and embedding and aligning HR processes.
