Paula Murphy

Paula joins Solace with over twenty years’ experience of working in Violence Against Women and Girls and wider wellbeing services. Paula was previously the Director of Performance and Development for a large London charity.  Her work included designing and developing domestic abuse, modern slavery response, criminal justice and mental wellbeing crisis services including quality assuring the emotional wellbeing support services at four public inquiries.  Previously, Paula was the Director of a Healthwatch and member of a national Special Inquiry, a policy advisor on mental health, drug and alcohol services in Australia and on disability services in Ireland.
